Other costs
Are there any other fees?
Only if you take payment online. Drawn's fee is 1% of each online payment, and never more than £1 a booking. When a payment is refunded, so is our fee. Stripe's own card fees apply as well, and the money goes straight into your Stripe account.
Payments you take at the clinic have no Drawn fee. There are no setup fees, and no charge for importing your patients.

How does the free trial work?

Your booking page goes offline and the dashboard becomes read only. Appointments aren't cancelled, and records stay for 30 days.
Flexible
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Settings in your dashboard. Moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Moving down, the unused part is credited to your next invoices. Cancelling, your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. The details are in Plans and billing.

How much does Drawn cost?
Starter is £39 a month, Clinic is £79 a month and Group is £149 a month, all excluding VAT. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months.
Do you charge per booking or per practitioner?
No. Every plan has unlimited bookings, and plans are priced per clinic, never per person.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, with everything in the Clinic plan, and no card is needed.
Which plan includes home visits?
Home visits come with the Clinic and Group plans. Starter is for one clinic location.
What does Drawn charge on online payments?
1% of each payment, capped at £1 a booking, plus Stripe's own card fees. Payments taken at the clinic have no Drawn fee.
