Your free trial#

Every clinic starts with 14 days free, with everything in the Clinic plan. No card is needed. Drawn emails you a few days before it ends. Choose a plan before then to keep your booking page live.

Plans#

Plans are priced per clinic, never per person, and every plan has unlimited bookings. Prices exclude VAT.

Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.

Choose or change your plan#

  1. Open Settings, then Plan and billing. Only clinic admins can see it.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly, then the plan.
  3. Pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Your booking page stays live throughout.

Change plan from the same page. Moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Moving down, the unused part is credited to your next invoices. If your setup doesn't fit a smaller plan, such as having more staff than it allows, Drawn tells you what to switch off first. Nothing is switched off for you.

Invoices are listed on the same page, and Stripe emails each one to you. To change your card or billing details, press Billing details and card.

If a payment fails#

  • Stripe tries your card again, and your booking page stays live for 7 days. Update your card in Billing details and card.
  • After that, online booking is paused. Patients who visit your booking page are asked to call you, and your appointments aren't cancelled. The dashboard is read only, and you can still export records. Pay the overdue invoice to switch everything back on.

Cancelling, or a trial that ends#

To cancel, press Billing details and card and cancel there. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you can change your mind until then.

When a subscription or trial ends, your booking page goes offline and the dashboard becomes read only. Existing appointments aren't cancelled.

Watch out

Your records are deleted 30 days after the end, and Drawn emails you a week before. Choose a plan any time before then and everything comes back just as you left it.
