Good to know
If the form doesn't appear on your published site, add a Buttons block that links to your booking link instead. It works on every plan. See Booking link and QR code.
Wix#
- Open your site in the Wix editor and go to the page.
- Press Add Elements (+), then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
- Press Enter Code, choose Code, paste your code, and press Update.
- Drag the box to the full width of the page, and make it tall, around 900 pixels, so the whole form fits.
- Press Publish.

Squarespace#
- Go to the page and press Edit.
- Press Add Block (or a + point), and choose Code.
- Paste your code. Leave the mode on HTML, and leave Display Source off.

- Open the Add panel (+) and drag a Code Embed element onto the page, where the form should go.

Shopify#
- In Shopify admin, open Online Store, then Themes, and press Customize.
- Choose the page the form should go on, from the menu at the top.
- Press Add section and choose Custom Liquid.
- Paste your code into the Liquid code box, then press Save.
Shopify's page text editor removes scripts, so use a Custom Liquid section rather than pasting into a page's text.
A hand coded site#
Put the first line of the code where the form or button should appear. The script line can go anywhere on the page, such as just before </body>. Include it once, however many forms or buttons the page has.
If your site sends a Content-Security-Policy header, allow Drawn in script-src and frame-src.
